As you may or may not know, I had a surgery about a month ago and have been ordered by the doctors to not workout for 6 weeks. I'm used to working out 4-6 times a week, and mainly high intensity/high impact workouts, so this was less than ideal. BUT my health long-term is more important, so I've been following what they've said and have subbed out my workouts for walks. Given the amount of walking I've been doing, I figured I might as well try to gain something out of the time and started listening to podcasts. I only had a few in my library so I asked you guys for some podcast recommendations and was given a bunch!
