What's in Carling's Smoothie

I go through smoothie phases, sometimes I love them and sometimes I just well, don't. Right now it's the loving phase and I make basically the same one every time. I will eat this as a meal, generally breakfast or lunch and find it very filling.

+ 1/2 - 1 banana, peeled & frozen

+ frozen chopped spinach, roughly 1/4-1/2 cup

+ frozen blueberries, 1/4-1/2 cup

+ 1 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter 

+ 1 scoop Iron Vegan Unflavoured Sprouted Protein

+ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

+ cinnamon

+ ice (optional, depending if you're using frozen fruit or not)

& voila! Super easy and delish. Sometimes I will throw in some gluten-free cereal or granola if I want a special treat.
