Shipping policy

 Shipping Fulfillment

All swim orders are fulfilled within 24-72 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on any national holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact info@prairieswim.com.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us at info@prairieswim.com. 

*NOTE: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. Delays caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of Prairie Swim.

United States

Australia, New Zealand and UK - there is a flat $30 shipping fee + duties

Duties

There are no duties for Canadian orders. 

All orders placed outside of Canada are considered International and customers are responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters the receiving country. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order - we cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. If the customer refuses to pay the duties/tax, the customer will be refunded their order less return shipping and duties/tax.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes after your order has been placed. Please contact info@prairieswim.com to request order cancellation if needed, however, it is not guaranteed.
