How do I know what size to order?

We have size guides that you can refer to for each piece. We also have the sizes listed that our models wear for reference. Please reach out to info@prairieswim.com if you need additional help!

How can I care for my suit?

We suggest rinsing your suit in cold water immediately after each wear. Please hand wash in cold water with bathing suit soap, gently squeeze out the water and lay the suit flat out to dry in a shaded area.

Where can I buy your suits?

Our suits are only available to purchase online here at www.prairieswim.com

Shipping:

What is your shipping policy?

All swim orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on any national holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact info@prairieswim.com.

Australia, New Zealand and UK there is a flat $30 shipping fee.

Do I need to pay duties? There are no duties for Domestic orders. 

Returns/Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

Canada – we will happily exchange or provide credit for any unworn, unwashed and unaltered pieces with the original tags and hygiene liner within 14 days of date of delivery. We'll send you a shipping label to attach to your package, as well as detailed instructions on what to do next.

We will inspect the piece(s) once received and can deny the return if the piece(s) are not in the original state. In this case, the item will be sent back, and the exchange/credit will be denied.

We will process the full credit within 10-14 days after receiving and approving the item. A $12 return fee, which covers the shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund.

All sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. 

To begin the refund or exchange process, please contact info@prairieswim.com with the order number in the subject line and we will provide further instructions.

*To note* - we do not cover the cost of shipping back a product for refund or exchange, but we will cover the cost for shipping out your new product if an exchange is being made.

International –  We unfortunately do not provide return labels for International orders, you are responsible for mailing your items back to us.
