Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
We will happily accept returns for store credit within 14 days of date of delivery.
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached
- Hygiene sticker(s) must be on
To begin the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - subject line: Return - Order #, and include the reason for the return.
Please note, we do not provide return labels for returned/exchanged orders, you are responsible for mailing your items back to us.
Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and if it meets the criteria as above we will process the store credit within 5-10 days after receiving and approving the item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Prairie Swim cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.
Sale & Promotion Items
Items purchased during a promotion of 15% discount and more, or a promotion including gifted product are eligible for store credit only.
All sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes after your order has been placed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request order cancellation if needed, however it is not guaranteed.
