Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Prairie Swim! We strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your order.  

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.  

• Shipping fee is $15.00 CAD. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.  

For USA Customers

• Delivery times vary by destination

• Shipping fee is $15.00 USD. Any US Government Tariffs will apply at time of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price.  

International Shipping (Outside of Canada & US)

• Delivery times vary by destination

• Shipping fee is $30.00 CAD

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price.  

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. Prairie Swim is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. 

Return Policy

We want you to love your Prairie Swim purchase! If there is an issue with your Prairie Swim item, we’re happy to help. 

Eligibility For Return for Store Credit

• Item must have been purchased at full price - any purchase at a discount exceeding 15% is considered a sale item and not eligible for return. This includes Prairie Swim sales or Promo codes.

• Items for return to store credit must be received by Prairie Swim no more than 30 days after the delivery date.  

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with tags and hygiene sticker attached.  

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL/USA RETURNS AT THIS TIME

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at info@prairieswim.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.  

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost to ship it back to us. 

4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Prairie Swim is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.  

Store Credit:

Once your return is received and inspected we will issue an electronic store credit within 5-7 business days.
