Shipping Fees: US & Canada orders are a flat rate $15 for all orders under $300


Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

We will happily accept regular priced returns for store credit within 21 days of delivery date. Store credit will be issued via gift card. It has no expiry date and can be used for anything on the site. If the item is purchased at a discount of 30% or more - it is final sale. 

***Important information for International Returns***
All Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to: taxes, duty, import fees, brokerage fees. For US based customers, the preferred shipping method is US Postal Service First Class.

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Hygiene sticker(s) must be on

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Prairie Swim cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.

Returns for store credit:

To begin the store credit process, please email with your order number In the subject line. 

Please note, we do not provide return labels for returned/exchanged orders, you are responsible for mailing your items back to us. 

Once received, we will inspect the item(s) and if it meets the criteria as above we will process the store credit within 5-10 days after receiving and approving the item. 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Please note, if you purchase a different size/style prior to receiving your store credit, your initial order will be returned onto a store credit. No refunds will be made.

Orders that have been previously placed during a sale are unable to be price matched after the sale period. 

Sale & Promotion Items

Items purchased during a site-wide sale or items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes after your order has been placed. Please contact to request order cancellation if needed within 2 hours, however it is not guaranteed.
